Stay with Larsen, says G Shah

Gaurang Shah of Geojit Financial Services is of the view that one can stay invested in Larsen and Toubro.

Shah told CNBC-TV18, "My recommendation would be to hold on Larsen and Toubro. It’s got a fantastic orderbook and there are a little bit of concerns and negatives as far as the order pullback and slowdown are concerned. The kind of company that L&T is and the capacity for it to execute the orders concerned it’s quite capable to deliver a return from a longish time frame. One can stretch to a 1.5 to 2 year plus kind of a timeframe and on a conservative side if one average out and brings out his/her cost of investment then 20% to 25% could easily be delivered with a 1.5 to 2 year timeframe. So I would recommend to hold on."
